Control Tab: Overview
Control tabs will allow management of relationships to and from the account. For example, multiple meters may belong to one customer; those meters may be assigned directly using the control tab.
Overview
The options available under the control tab will be available to CSR3/Engineering users or higher. Even these users may not see all of the options above (may vary by installation). The manage account section will be covered in detail in a different section.
NOTE: This menu is context sensitive, for example you will see a meter section when the customer has a meter assigned.
