Juice will have several documents generated for a customer on a regular basis. For easy access all messages, receipts, and statements will be available under the Docs tab.
Juice will have fixed charges available for invoicing; these will be configured at system deployment. Fixed charges may be used for goods or services available to customer, including 3rd party services.
Docs will store account specific documents. Most of the forms will be system generated. Users will be able to upload files to spec, indent, and forms. To upload select the directory from the Upload File drop down menu. Then browse for file then click upload.
This is a simple interface that allows defined charges to be added to an account. This is good for specific fees, special services, or any other controlled charge.
When editing a fixed charge, Quantity may be used instead of charge amount. In many cases this would the best solution. Most of the other fields should not be changed without a very good reason. If the same field is being changed on a regular basis a new fixed charge category should likely be created.
