Transaction records are used for most commercial activity in Juice. Of course a few exceptions, such as creating arrears, exist. This section will explain common features of a transaction entry and expected values.
From any customer account, the overview tab will show recent transactions. The intent is to have a snapshot of recent activity should customers have any questions. This view features:
1) Transaction number, send sms, send email, print, and reverse buttons
2) Date and transaction type
3) Serial number (if applicable) and Token (if applicable)
4) Number of units and unit type
5) Currency amounts (arrears and total)
Each Juice deployment may have different rules and uses so not all these types may be used in all deployments.
